lupin iii part 1 german dub is STILL comedy gold (english subs)

Yeah he is the opposite of his other voice actors (like yamada for example) but i think his voice is charming too and yes you will get used to it I also think his quotes are very funny

I felt the same about Lupin's Italian voice, Roberto del Giudice.

@@Atheneastro Idk if I've seen anything with him yet (if he dubs in part 3-s older dub then yes)but he must certainly have a deeper voice than Stefano Onofri. Onofri just reminds me of a voice in my country all the time I hear him and that kind of voice is not my fave.

Zenigatas german voice actor is my favorite one from this cast I also love his emotional scenes

i very much believe you and wish i knew a little german without subtitles. his delivery of count nipple is magnificent

Stefan Staudinger was made for this role, in my opinion. He even kind of looks like Zenigata.

Not to mention, Jigen was perfectly cast for this dub. 😄

Das ist leider nicht zu vermeiden. Lupin ist in Deutschland die Nische von der Nische. Schau dir mal die Aufrufe von Folge 1 auf Crunchyrolls Kanal an. gerade mal 1.000 Aufrufe bei einer gratis Pilotfolge. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Kosten einer Synchro irgendwo im vierstelligen Bereich anzuordnen ist, ist der Preis zu verstehen. Das Geld soll ja nicht nur wieder eingefahren werden, sondern nach Möglichkeit Gewinn abwerfen. Part 1 vol 2 liegt derzeit bei 70€ auf Amazon und Saturn. Zwar immernoch 20€ zu hoch, aber deutlich besser, als die bis zu 90€, die anfangs veranschlagt wurden. Ich unterstütze die deutsche Synchro unter Lars Waltl so gut ich kann. In der Hoffnung, dass noch mehr kommt. Die Sprecher sind alle nicht mehr die jüngsten. Besonders Zenigata ist schon weit in den 70ern. Daher hoffe ich noch viel von ihm hören zu können, bevor er in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht.

Hab mir die Box heute geholt. Mein Saturn hat grad wegen Umbau 30% aufs Sortiment. 49€ war ein fairer Preis. gut 4€ pro Folge, kann ich mit leben. :D

Synchros sind teuer, Anime ein Nischenmarkt- insbesondere bei einem alten und hier relativ unbekannten Franchise wie Lupin the III. Do the Math!

I'm trying to focus on other projects at the moment, I'm very sorry. I don't think every single episode had super funny/different dialogues, but maybe I could at least translate the best episodes. Sometimes it's just a bit difficult to translate from German to English because it might change the meaning. And don't worry, I would do it for free.

@@sumirenko Fair enough! Take as much time as you need, and good luck with the other projects! I personally found them to be funny by the way they sounded and even the drunk one got me laughing hysterically, like a mad man would. :D
