Yeah buddy, I'm getting really honest with myself and heeding that pain and ache as warning signs of ominous things...which I can sometimes head off at the pass. However, if I don't take it easy, I can't head anything off. I'm learning! Keep preaching about rest, I'm listening!
Sending smiles. I went back on 10mg. Prednisone 4tablets a day! Then taper down weekly.. due to inflammation in chest and lungs....Just a bad flare. I watch you..don't comment much. But I continue to support love🌷

Hello Thank you. Yes, I have fibromyalgia too. I ache when my vitamin D is low. No, my MD hasn’t mentioned Naltrexone to me but I will read up on it. I will also look up Dr Younger.
I also have lupus and have extreme exhaustion. I'm so glad they finally figured it out after what seemed like the whole world thought I was nuts. I have problems with prednisone makes me sweat so much. Does anyone else have problems with there teeth??? I hope they find a cure for all of us.8
Frugalistic Lupus Sister I started having problems with my gums swelling and they said I had a bad vitamin d deficiency. So I was on large doses of vitamin d now my teeth are getting loose. I have dental appt next week I'll keep you posted.
Just a quick question. . My ankles and feet really hurt as a result of lupus.. I can't take plaquinal anymore.. if I just push through and ignore the pain will I permanently damage my ankles and feet ? Oh I've had lupus for 15 years 🤕
Hello I’m not a professional on Lupus but I’m sure that eventually it will cause some damage. I stopped Plaquenil but my doctor suggested that I get back on it. 😳. Take care of yourself
