I found your video after just reading a comment somewhere that Lusaka Zambia looks like Nairobi Kenya.... i mean i can see the greenery and the city arrangement but Nairobi has alot of taller buildings. Love your videos.

Thanks a lot Marasa. I’ve never been to Nairobi I’d love to check it out. There is probably more money in Nairobi. Yes one think that struck me about Lusaka was how low the buildings were - it feels more like a town.

Architect Russell yes the buildings in Zambia look quite low. Nairobi has tall buildings. All in all it’s not what I expected as is usually the case everywhere i see. Alot of people like yourself are out here getting the other side of Africa that most of us never see. Traveling in within Africa is quite low. We hear of each other’s countries but don’t know of one another.

I got a few shots at sunset in my other Lusaka video “Work trip to Lusaka” but not much. That’s a great idea - I will try and take next time and try and do a sunset /sunrise vid definitely 👍🏽. That would be awesome 😎 Thanks a lot .

Zambia is extremely rich at peace and tranquility compared to Mexico,third peaceful in Africa and 41st peaceful in the world,great culture,fresh food and friendly people. These qualities makes the country extra ordinary. ZAMBIA HAS VAST MINERAL RESOURCES,GREAT PARKS ETC. MEXICO CAN ONLY DREAM OF THE ZAMBIAN QUALITY OF LIVING BUT CAN NEVER ATTAIN IT.

Having done some installations at FINDECO House rooftop, I am curious to know if there was any form of wireless network interference between the drone and the controller when flying over it.

Didn’t actually fly over it. There’s interference all over the place but not too bad if you have a good drone. Wouldn’t do this again though.

I only visit occasional for work. But where I live in East Africa it’s difficult to get latest technology so if u need cameras or something high tech then bring it .it’s also difficult to buy things online because post is not reliable.

Items are easy to order online through DHL or FedEx. They have reliable forwarding services for a slightly higher price than other couriers. They both have several offices across the city and major towns. Zampost is a no-no though.

I take my time to go through the comments which are very positive but I want to say if we are content of nothing or pleased with what is below standard of what a city should look like, then there is a big problem and we will go no where, let's see to it that we build the city with morden structures and demolish those filthy structures which are occupying places for nothing, we can do it let's just organize ourselves like other African countries are doing eg Kenya, Rwanda, Botswana etc.

covis club kenya ltd i can see your point. in UK if a place has a cathedral then it’s a city. You can’t have a capital without being a city. Lusaka is quite developed compared to many cities in Africa. And because it’s not so big and crowded it’s a lot nicer and pleasant to be it that’s for sure.

Did you get your permission to fly? They came with guns and took my drone, asking for a bribe. It took six months to get it back. Good people, bad governments.
