Pro tip-open all the curtains during your video shoot and let’s appreciate the beautiful scenery through the glass windows. Also, the natural light will make the house even more charming.

Beautiful and absolutely well decorated and furnished. Kitchen could be bigger. Disappointed that a house with this price tag didn't have a walk in closet in the Owner's bedroom. The other closets are kind of small. The two level plus chandelier would have made a lot of sense hanging down the center of the living room.The house surrounding is narrow, no greenery and not attractive. Ridiculously overpriced! I'll not pay more than $250K. Redeeming feature is the interior decor.

In the U.S it takes a home owner 20 years or more to pay off a $300,000,00 or more home. In Ghana you are only given a year and a half 😂😂

Here in the u.s. most ppl are house poor and in debt. Many lose their home or is forced to sell before they pay it off. This is not a flex. I see this as ppl in Ghana paying for what they can afford vs trying to keep up with the Jones while going broke trying to live the "American dream". I'll take being house poor for 1.5 yr vs 20+ anytime. At least they actually own their home within 2yrs. There's a difference between a home buyer and home owner. Just my thoughts.

This house was very nicely decorated layout was nice I liked the doors and uniform colors my disappointment was in the primary bedroom only one pedestal sink appears like an after thought not a fan of the open bathroom to the bedroom I would say some privacy is needed. For such an expensive house I would have expected a large walk in closet the 2 standing closets will will not cut it although this house is beautiful the space planning could be better. A+ for the interior decor

Not impressed. Cheap kitchen appliances. Not top of line. Nice house, but not near top of line. Home is average at best. When you misrepresent the house, nothing you say is believable. Not luxury.
