A very sweet tiny house, like everything about the kitchen, except the pointy counter. Like that there is a window in the bathroom, with a nice shower. Nice touch with the shiplap in the sleeping area.

You guys do amazing work. What I like is everything is so well done and higher end fixtures including appliances. Regular trailers that are small like single wide tend to do it cheap, but you guys do it well.

Nice. Would love to see a full height second floor on one of these so standing normally is possible. I realize this puts limitations on transport, but how many of these move on a regalia basis anyway.

This is beautiful. Just an observation. If the stairs are pretty steep, why isn't there a bannister at the stairs? It should come as standard.

Nice looking place! I love all the windows. I agree with others opinions tho, that the crawl-space looking bedroom is not thrilling. There are great design features overall in it. -- I have to say, honestly, that the kitchen cabinetry handles/pulls are hazardous! I like their sleek euro-contemporary look, but they've proved 'dangerous' in my world. I have been a guest in several newer homes, and have gotten clothing stuck on or caught up on them! i.e. belt loops, or pockets on pants, coat or blouse sleeves, etc...Stopped suddenly! In a kitchen that's not safe! If you are carrying a hot pan, mugs of hot liquid, etc., and get 'grabbed' by the ends of those things, the aftermath isn't pretty! I also sprained/badly jammed a finger while cleaning them as it got tangled around the protruding edge. Not kidding, not funny- It hurt! 2 weeks of recovery .😫 Remove protruding ends, and you're good.

Can the entertainment center/fireplace able to be optioned out? I don’t need it, as I have a nice one already. I really hate those glass slider doors in the bathroom, they are a pain to constant keep clean and prefer shower curtains.

Nice! Love the number of cabinets in the kitchen! Just wish it were a little longer! Bedroom would not have much room to move once a bed is in there. Also not much room for a sofa and chair.

Love this model, but I would want a smaller refrigerator so it doesn't stick out so far and flush with the cabinets. I'm retired and want to have a home of my own and hope that I can find a small inexpensive piece of land near my family so I can leave my apartment in one year and say goodbye to the landlord forever!

This is a very nice tiny home. Too bad the floor plan will not accommodate a pocket door on the bathroom. Lastly, would be nice to have information on dimensions: width (I assume 11')? The bedroom is set up for a full size/queen size bed?

Most seniors who are downsizing wouldnt buy this home due to steep steps. And concerns that its not accessible for handicap/wheelchair width if those with elderly parents visit or buy home.

HOLY MOLY ... that pointed counter is an accident waiting to happen ... a very painful accident! If that pointed counter is to serve a purpose, than maybe it should be designed as a flip up counter. Beautiful color interior.

Please work on your video skills. So very jerky; makes it hard to watch. Pan a little more slowly with a purpose. I feel like I missed a lot of details because you were just all over the place. Not being mean, just trying to help you and future viewers out. House looks good except for sharp angle on kitchen counter that juts out. I'd be cussing that thing every day.

Why isn't base price listed? What are you hiding? You need to redesign kitchen to a straight galley style. That point is dangerous and stove angle is awkward. I really like many details makes it look bigger and light is awesome. Need price upfront to see if we can afford this home. Other dealers have no problem doing that.
