Happy New Year! I missed the videos. I absolutely love the landscaping and views. I would update the lighting and floors in the lower level. I would definitely put a luxury swim spa outside, like the previous tour.

I can't fathom that staircased lanai? It seems to serve no purpose...you can't use the space well as it isn't flat. Love the primary suite though.

Did you skip the bidet in the master toilet?
