what an inspiration to the Gambia. This is why sometimes when one do closed don't be too harsh on yourself. WARNING!!!!! There is no reason whatsoever for their reluctance to post a price that's available for all to see without you contacting them personally UNLESS that they're practicing two tier pricing system, with Gambians getting one price and expat outsiders getting a vastly different price. There is simply no other explanation!

There’s a difference between “closets” and “wardrobes,” I’ve only been seeing wardrobes in the videos in The Gambia. This is very nice though.❤️

The living areas in these units seem to be tiny little boxes. Really seems like a hotel space more than an apartment or condo for longer term living.

I’m over 6,000 miles all I get is “price is right” models with no prices. I’m not going to spend all my cash to get there and have to find out the what the prices are once I get there. smh …what’s up with that? The price won’t scare me away but the lack of transparency will.

@Antonio Stubbs my husband is from Gambia. Last year when we visited we actually stayed in Forrest View. It was a 2 bedroom. We inquired about the price to purchase a unit and were told buy the receptionist $100,000. I don’t want to discourage you but for us it was to much.

These are HOTEL or HOTEL suites ... Peer Sharing (AirBnB) has decimated alot of tourism traditional hotelling (single company with high price hotel rooms) so to keep foot traffic (that would otherwise hunt for cheaper rooms around town) alot of properties have started calling them investment units
