I like that you mention. If you don't have car, you mention bus service. Cities like New York City. Most residents don't have a car and easily travel by subway, faster and cheaper than a car. I wish this was an option in Las Vegas. So mentioning walk score is helpful. To those who don't drive or choose not to drive or can't drive(disability or elderly) Your doing a great job. Your convincing more people to move to Las Vegas ❤ 🇨🇦 🍁 ✌️

Very nice plus I can qualify. The problem is I'm not spending 4K a month for an apartment I will only spend 6-7 months at. How far is GVR that's my hang place.

Why did you just tour/showcase the two bedroom loft when there are one bedroom apt's available at this location? My suggestion for your continued credibility is to be more objective about the apartments you tour.Please give good and bad points about each location ,each apartment can't be (beautiful) as you often refer to them as. Also, can you please inform your subscribers if you receive any compensation for reviewing the apartments that you always find (so beautiful.)

I don’t get paid for non of the apartments I view. What I do is to show the apartment and show the amenities, my point of view is purely neutral I always encourage people to go have a look for themselves. And sometimes the apartments I tour don’t have 1 bedroom apartments to show so the next best thing is the 2 bedroom. I do say if the location is good or not.
