Great looking home and a Great review Jake. You did well presenting the home, regardless what others may think. Your cool and chill demeanor with the showing made the walk-through capturing. Well done. I live in Vegas and its nice to browse these 'for sale homes' to get an idea of the market at the moment. Though, I do like the peace and quiet that this community represents. I feel the price point is way above what it's worth. Throw in some pine trees on that mountain, maybe worth 1.5-1.8mil. Home is large, spacious with ample space in the backyard. It's built NW, which puts it in the middle of nowhere. Highway access heading out state or relatives trying to visit extends that drive time. Regardless, I wish the sellers the best. Keep up the good work Jake. You got yourself a sub.

@@JBRE I live in the SW/Mountains Edge area. Great to see homes in this area. Maybe I'm a little biased haha. My wife and I love it out here. If you don't like communities/HoA then this is the place to be.

Invest in a simple external mic and your production quality will improve ten fold.

I use a DGI mic. I’ve heard this a few times before, and it does confuse me, I can adjust the volume on my computer or phone, I hear my videos just fine.

I’ve lived in a lot of places, my wife too. Naturally we talk about retirement and would we want to move…we struggle to find a place that has more to offer than Las Vegas. We love living here.
