Join me as I explore and showcase more Village lifestyle in South Africa. This time we showcasing two extremely developed rural villages in KZN, South Africa.
Thank you very much for covering and actually exposing our little village Umbumbulu, which many many not be aware. Certainly development (especially property) in rural South part of Durban is growing rapidly, what many may not be aware, we actually build those houses and not depend on Government. A house that it value in an urban area will be min of R4M can easily be built for at least between R1300K to R1M (or even less). Lastly, we take years to get the houses event built, as one build in their own pace and affordability. Once again thank you @Velile for covering my home area.
Thank you so much for this information. Definitely appreciate your contribution. I have pinned your comment and hopefully everyone who click on this video will see and read because it’s so much informative and a testimony on what I have been telling people. Stay blessed. 🙏🏾❤️
I was looking at owning a property in joburg but after watching your videos, ngiyabuya ekhaya, KZN is my home and I'll build something just as great... Screw Johannesburg.. I love your content❤️
The introduction sometimes take abit long , if possible try to make it short , as the viewers , we more interested on seeing the pictures ... Not offending but being truthful... I love your show , very good show ..
@Unathi Ngunuza I guess if you are using your phone, you can copy the link instead of share and than paste it on a comment you typing on another channel. Yes, I also get annoyed when even some black Americans RU-vidrs living in other African countries talk about black South Africans as poor and living in slums. Most of them go to Cape Town on guided tours and are shown the bad side not the good side. Thank you for your support. 🙏🏾❤️
I grew up in a so called semi-rural area and never understood the township lifestyle. To me it seemed extremely limited, with a highly compromised quality of life. Where I grew up we lived in an abundance of everything and also had everything they had in so called townships and were also close to the City of Durban. It all made sense when I grew up and began to understand how townships came about, really as concentration camps, places that were built by the oppressors to access their cheap labour cower to their operations. Today, there’s absolutely no need for some some to leave Mbumbulu to Lamontville because of mobility and infrastructure and opportunities they have spread wider
Ancestors lands is critical no just for south Africans but also for others africans with ancestral connection to Africa land . For this reason I subscribed today to show you my support ❤️ from Congo Brazzaville . If we don't cherish our ancestral lands nobody will do it for us. God bless Africa.
You should visit the Eastern Cape take the N route from KZN all the way to East London. Pay attention when you pass Mtata and Butterworth. I promise you, you wont be disappointed
Finally, somebody have showed up these places. My Lecture never believe that Adams Mission is actually a rural areas. It has come to a point where I don't see the need to stay in Urban areas.
Yes that’s true people are really building beautiful homes in most villages. It’s amazing. I will come and check Kwandebele. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
I literally took a detour last year from Port Shepston to Pmb and was amazed and inspired when I drove passed Mbumbulu. These places are such hidden germs
We are not people who like to travel much especially to places we are not familiar with, guess we are really missing out. Thankx to @Velile Lifestyle & Decor TV we get to tour through her❤
Thank you for the video I am Umbumbulu resident, I really wish you had invited me so we can explore more and show you more that just the houses on the roads. The people of Umbumbulu and Adams have really worked hard.
Hi Nokwazi, thank you for your comment. My videos are about rural development and the reason why I stay on the main road is because I want to show business developments too as well as how people who are building next to the roads are utilising tribal land. Yes houses are beautiful and people have worked hard to make their homes well. It is very encouraging. We want people to occupy tribal land, develop it, create jobs and create sustainable income for themselves and others. So basically I am not just showing beautiful houses.
Rural areas will nomore associated with lack of development and poverty. In future, this concept of living in rural areas will help with reducing over crowding in big cities.
You must come and see Bushbuckridge I think is number 1 to all the develop village you can just drive with R40 from Bushbuckridge twin city mall until Arconhoek
I love your patriotism & how you understand the western capitalist neocolonial system. Please don't be apologetic about it, I've subscribed because of your patriotism. Well done. I wish you good luck on your channel.
Eish my brother we come a long way living life according to others norms. Daily we see numbers of young black South Africans homeless and Jobless yet we have land not utilised. The sector that remained strong for SA during the pandemic is the Agricultural sector. Something has to give and we have to use our brains. South Africa has a lot to offer than what is given to us. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
Thanx cc to the one who is objecting to your comments about ancestors, he or she is really lost you are 100% correct cc about rondavels and culture.Uma ungeyena umZulu noma um Africa what are you doing in KZN or South Africa.Keep up the good work cc ,also visit Caluza up to Sweetwaters road and Henley uma uya E Elandskop in Pietermaritzburg .Well done azibuye emasisweni safa AMA bond nama rates.
I feel like people should rather have title deads and own the land instead of leasing and making 1 person rich. in todays world you can own your own land and leave something behind for your children
No one is leasing, people buy this land from the chief at considerably low prices and build. Title deeds are a capitalist system that keeps people from buying land because of high prices
@Unathi Ngunuza my dad was from PE but I never lived there but mostly in USA..and in Southern Africa mostly in Zim and Zambia..Im been living in UK..the past 25yrs..
Sis you are sooooo beautiful; the hair, complexion and that soothing voice. Please keep taking us along with you on these journeys. Its amazing how little coverage rural SA gets.
Ngiyabonga for the complement. I will definitely take you along. There is little coverage and worse less information that build us for the better. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
What annoy me the most is that u see people NOT FROM KZN complaining about Our INGONYAMA TRUST that has nothing to do with them ..but if we in KZN can interfere in the land of their provinces affairs , then we will be accused of all different thing like spending supremacy and sh*t
We should move from Informal Settlement though for these formal houses. It would be much more pleasing if homes are arranged neatly and formally coz they are so beautiful.
I enjoyed this video thank you! It was such a great motivation. My mom is looking into buying a land in these developed villages here in KZN and live her luxury life. This video was very informative thank you so much !
Thank you for watching Bonge. It is my pleasure to inform and educate as much as I can. It is for you young people to take it from there and ensure the next generation has something to live on. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️

Hi ! Velile Lifestyle & Decor . I am following your good work, i wish many people can see this work. Because you are promoting our country. May God bless you
Good stuff. Visit Inanda area as well. I used to teach at Mqhawe High over 30 years ago. When I visited the Umzinyathi area next yo Mqhawe high about 4 years ago, I was amazed at the mansions that people have built there.
I have accompanied a friend who bought land and built a residential house here (Adams). What i observed was estate agencies are getting into business and the land is getting more expensive. This is the capitalist system you are talking about. As a bank financial planner, i have advised many of my clients to invest in such developments than putting their monies in 6% pa interest bearing bank investments.
It will be sad if we open ourselves into the trap. I am just hoping the estate agents are Africans serving the interest of black People. We need people like you to advise and hopefully people are listening. I am reading a lot on this subject matter and will keep sharing. Let’s wake up Africans. Thanks for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
Thank you so much for this video !! I am interested in buying land eMbumbulu or Adams , can you please advise me where to start and possibly how much am I looking at?
@@sibusisiwesithole9099 I will ask around and if anyone gives me information I will let you know. If you read comments someone who works with estate agents in that area left a comment maybe that person can help you. Also, try and call the municipality and find out information.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV unfortunately not African estate agents in most cases. if you search on property sites on the internet, you'll see that. That is why i got excited when i saw your channel and hope we will get more educated on such matters.
We do need to keep big plots otherwise we will have townships which we are trying to avoid. We want Franchhoek/stellenbosch/Texas style living with huge plots! Checkout my house building in Eastern Cape.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV I'm in Idutywa but I just got back to the USA last week (shssh, my followers do not know). But Idutywa area. We are starting out, so we don't have a huge a mansions as KZN but we are on our way.
Very good this, South Africa not well recorded recreationally from a regular person's perspective and it's going to urge people to travel more and decentralize. The reason I didn't like Top Billing was it was unrelated to majority of the population.
Building next to each other like that will make it easy for the government to control you, you will soon regret yourselves hhayi soyicela ivuthiwe ubulima obuphindiwe nje lobu.
Thanks for the explanation about titledeeds and leases.. knowledge is power. or by the way it is my first time to watch you blog am really enjoying. keep up the good works. peace ✌️
I am here looking for this specific people who thinks Black South Africans dont own anything and they are stupid..I dont see them..i guess bavaleke umlomo..even the roads are clean ..water, electricity , land for farming are galore..we not loud but our villages are upmarket i swear..
just found your videos today, i been thinking of coming back and buying a house, thank you this is so helpful ad beautifully narrated. sending love from Halifax. i am looking for a land with little bit mountains , i will go and watch some of your old videos, you mentioned that aswell
Next time Velile try and go inside Adams you only pass along the main road. You have not seen Adams mission yet cc. Our place is safe just go inside you' ll wonders. Thanks for your good work.
@Unathi Ngunuza aaaaah thank you so much. I really appreciate this. You are encouraging me to keep going. This is a revolution and there is no turning back. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️
In June 2020 I got a very sizeable land for once-off khonza fee payment of R3000 in Umbumbulu KwaNtamntengo. It is a better system vs. buying with title deed.
Wow that's great. Congratulations I'm also interested in buying land there. We're based e Ngonyameni but the shortage of water and undevelopment just make it hard there.
@@nosiphomaphumulo4029 bakhile ngempela abantu. Uhulumeni kumele enze ngokushesha because villagers are not playing. People are building beautiful houses in villages. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
This is good content interms of development However I wish people could stop referring Adams Mission as a village Key word "Mission" it's a Missionary Please do thorough research I'm personally from Adams Mission hence it's frustrating when youre not accurate
