Same here I moved to San Antonio from San Francisco and I’m moving back it’s nothing like San Francisco commarrf ti here there was so much to do and like you said literally one of the centers of the universe San Francisco and New York and mainly because I’m going to school for tech and Texas isn’t really tech aside from Austin but the traffic is shitty there

But, there's no such thing as the middle class anymore so, your either a serf (illegal alien et al) or you're an elite. The home builders for the middle class are also defunked. But, nice try
