Are the taxes for this home valued/under. New constructions taxed as land and next year more high appraised with property. I know in Florida it’s no more than 3%, what are real world numbers for Texas
Hi! That’s a very great question. Most new construction are set up as unimproved taxes. However, the loan officers that I am partnered with as well as most builders set up escrow for what taxes are scheduled to look like. The tax rate in this community is 2.1%
