I like the natural light in the flat. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small and look congested. Price for this flat, please... Also for the first floor, with so much glass, isn't it a security issue? What is the plot size?
Thanks alot for the valuable feedback. Sized are good and as per Legal construction which is allowed... Plot size is 404 Sq Yards... There are two toughened glasses in windows with gas in between to make it not only sound resistant but also make it a SAFETY GLASS... it is very difficult to break and even if it breaks.. It's noise can be heard in the full block. Regards
