I was actually there for this concert in Richland Correctional. Its kinda crazy to see it from this perspective now that I'm out. A lot of inmates went to see this. Lyfe did 10 years for selling dope. about 5 years was done at RiCI. It was good to see the change he was able to make. Gave some of us some hope

“I RECEIVED MY LYFE BACK IN 2022”.

I happy the warden allowed Lyfe to give something back...and show tomorrow is possible....

Theres no artist today that won't do wat lyfe did perform in front of them and make them think this what u call a real artist from the heart

I was there at this concert at Richland Correctional in Mansfield Ohio (04-09). Lyfe did 10 years and spent most of it there. I believe he got out in 2001. A lot of guys showed up having being in prison, there isnt much else to do. But it was a good turn out and even though I don't care for R&B, it was a good time considering where I was at.

When showed the men groovin & singing “that a thug got feelings too” I LOVED it , those men made me smile & they was all feelin it !

I feel like he didn't get all the credit he deserves man he was so talented and has such a unique voice and he is so underrated imo
