That lying female cop should be fired immediately and the auditor can prove it. The cop should be fired also because he could have watched the video and dispelled hid suspicion! He would not watch the video before he got his details!
That's not true just that the bar is higher. But being told to 'piss off' would hardly reach the standard of something in excess of what they are used to.
@@johnnyrichardson902 Swearing at police is no longer a crime because officers hear foul-mouthed abuse too often to be offended, a High Court judge has ruled. The landmark judgement came as Mr Justice Bean overturned a public order conviction of a young suspect who repeatedly used the F-word while being searched for drugs
How can she ever give evidence against anyone again. She cannot expect a judge or a jury to accept anything she says as a known liar. If she stitched anyone up then they should take this video as evidence and get their case re-opened!
This is an excellent example of why there are no 'Good Apples'. The Police will always support their colleagues irrespective of the situation. They lie like cheap bedside rugs and they are all 'Rotten Apples'
Wow, just wow. Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by the police is a very serious offence and a career buster. He made several clear statements about what he was told by the female officer. She’s in massive bother
I hope she is in massive bother. The only problem is that WYP Professional Standards are employed to protect bent officers like her. I say bent because she has perverted the course of justice and used her position to breach NNY's human and legal rights. I hope this news event runs and runs. Yes she was annoyed he was legally flying a drone but to lie to two officers and get them complicit in her deception was out of order. She now becomes questionable as to other occasions when she has deliberately lied to get someone's details or get them arrested. She would do well to resign now.
It's crazy...the constant BS (and lies) you see from cops, their bosses and also the 'justice system' - and I'm referring to what I've witnessed here in Canada. Same BS in Britain it seems. Thanks for sharing! Watching from North Vancouver, Canada. Regards, Jules.
See this is why I have lost all respect for the police, that Sergeant lied , obviously didn’t know you were recording and that you had your evidence to prove that you didn’t tell her to piss off . He’s just as bad ,didn’t want to look at your recording just in case it proved she was lying . The lies just fall out of their mouths, they can’t help it they are so corrupt .
Abhorrent behaviour this used to happen all the time before body worn and mobile phones ....the amount of lies they all sprurted and abuse of powers was everywhere
Utterly disgusting, how many more lies on people has that plain clothed Sargent told. And clearly there are more than enough police who would blindly follow a lying cop's words even when recorded video evidence was offered for viewing several times, but the male officer new that to view the evidence would prove exactly how the female Sargent lied. No good cops. Great video, hope you complain and get some justice.
Actually, I've thought about this. She deliberately lied to get a colleague to go out and move you on or arrest you; he took her word and refused to investigate the allegation despite you saying you had proof she was lying. This amounts to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and is a serious charge that carries a penalty of imprisonment. Base your complaint and civil suit on that and they should offer a settlement of at least £5000. You could even demand the CPS prosecute the both and take out a private prosecution if they refuse.
Even if you had said piss off it wouldn't be a criminal offence if it wasn't near any of the public likely to cause distress and alarm. The lying sargent should be sacked or at least demoted.
If I saw a police officer on fire I wouldn’t even piss on them to put them out I will just stand there and laugh at them and film the whole thing. Because of how the police have acted in the last two years
Don’t worry I’ll piss on em for you, who else would save you or your family if the crispy police weren’t there when mr burglar comes to smash your nana in
Just the last 2 years? I guess one positive of the covid fiasco is that it opened a few more peoples eyes to what and who the police really are. Violent information gathering agents of the state that should never be trusted.
I always find it annoying when cops say "go ahead and sue", just shows how little it matters regardless of how needed it is. It's like they never learn.
Its because they know that 99% of the time they will get away with it, the system works for them, and if there is compensation to be made, it will come out of the public purse
Its not their money, not their problem. Even if a complaint IS upheld, what happens to them? Nothing, nothing at all it doesn't effect career, earnings or pension.....
They'll only learn when they have to sell their house to pay legal fees. It doesn't affect them in the least. This needs to be changed and they need to be held accountable for their unlawful actions.
That police officer is telling lies, it doesn't matter how many offences anyone has committed, we all have a common law right to remain silent, and the police tell you that if they ever arrest you.

@@robba1234 - The key word being "Obliged", It's not that it's a corrupt system, it's just that people do not know what "Governed by consent" actually means - COMMON LAW (Law of the land) - upheld by a police constable. No one is above common law, and those in breach of common law will be tried in a common law court before a jury of their peers. There must be a victim in common law and they do not need your name, as the victim and/or witnesses will point you out as being the perpetrator. Common law - 1 - You cannot hurt anyone 2 - You cannot steal anyone's property 3 - You cannot damage anyone's property 4 - You cannot defraud anyone 5 - You cannot commit breach of the peace towards anyone 6 - You cannot commit treason (or sedition), towards the crown. And that's common law ☝️, that's it and NOTHING ELSE. ACTS AND STATUTES OF PARLIAMENT (Commercial law, contract law, law of the sea, admiralty law) - upheld by a police officer (office, paperwork). Only applies to certain groups (Road Traffic Act applies to drivers of vehicles etc) and needs your consent to enforce it, of which they will try to get using legalease ("Do you understand" - meaning do you 'under stand' ((stand under)) my authority). They need your name to issue fines and court dates, (as "Mr Hate crime" can't point you out in court - and no court usher ever shouts out "Occupier to court one"), You are the only one who can give or confirm your name, so NEVER give it. Your answer to every question should be - "I retain my common law right to remain silent" Your answer to every request should be - "Under protest and duress" (They always "ask you" to do something rather than 'tell you' because then you've accepting their authority). A - "No I do not stand under your authority" Q - "Ok well do you want to come this way" A - "Under protest and duress" And before anyone points out that they can get your name from a driving license or passport etc, those are fraudulent documents created from a birth certificate that clearly states across the bottom - "A certificate is not evidence of identity". Let's not forget that the first thing a police constable says to you when he/she arrests you is - "You do not have to say anything", Because, believe it or not - YOU DON'T. You do NOT have to speak to a police constable. You do NOT have to speak to the desk sergeant at the police station. You do NOT have to have a police interview. You do NOT have to attend court. Exercise your God given inalienable common law rights, they're yours and cannot be taken away by anyone, especially by some police officer using his/her uniform to commit treason and fraud by acting as a government bailiff. Police constables swear an oath before God to serve the Monach and protect people and property. They DO NOT swear an oath to protect the government. Unbelievable that he wanted to go down the public order route because another copper had said you swore, when the proof that you hadn't was offered to him. How the hell can he justify being so biased. What a fool.
It was clearly just a lame ploy to get his details. Maybe she never said that in the first place and it was the baldy cop who was lying? He was unaware he was being filmed at the beginning of the interaction.
The difference between the two copper's are one is an over blown EGO on a ignorance power trip... The other a respectful inquisitive minded human being...
This is another reason why cops who lie and falsely make statements to you should be made to pay any compensation themselves. Failing to watch the proof of the any said offence should really be a sackable offence. This copper had no proof himself and therefore is only acting in hearsay. A copper cannot take offence to a swear word whether on duty or off duty. No wonder they earn the hate everyday. Take them to the cleaners NNY
My opinion an officer that make a false accusation to a member of public should be fired we are the one that paid them and i mean in this case specifically when he has proof that he didn’t say that that officer should be dismissed without right to appeal

I hope you do carry this through and report her for making a false report. You were detained and threatened with a public order offence, because she lied unnecessarily. Police Officer lying is no surprise though Sgt Wiltshire/Wilpshire is corrupt. Looking forward to an update.
They don't even care that they're seen to be corrupt. The cop admitted he had no interest in seeing the evidence that the sergeant lied. He believed her 100% and totally ignored the argument of the auditor. That's discrimination. The fact that a sergeant lied in order to get a law abiding member of the public in trouble should be treated as a serious misdemeanour. I'm also concerned that a police officer thinks (quote) 'it's fine' that £1000 of public tax money is being wasted because of a lying sergeant and his incompetence to investigate properly. The body language of the female officer said it all. She was embarrassed, ashamed and guilty.
It’s amazing how they never want to view the footage that would prove the officers claims to be false, they would much rather blindly throw their powers around.
If telling someone to piss off is an offence then this country is full of criminals - ridiculous use of a Section 4a, it would never have stood up in court. In any case given she was a police officer I'm surprised you didn't cite case law on swearing at police.
I think it was the fact she has lied that was in NNY's mindset. Its quite ironic really as Michael isn't anti police. That said neither pro police or anti police individuals deserve being set up.
So you offered to show him the objective unbiased video encounter, but he brushed you off, because he had no interest in finding out the actual truth. TYRANT...
The level of corruption within the Police Force never ceases to amaze me, and even when the PC was presented with evidence to prove NNY’s case, that Sergeant Wiltshire was lying, it was ignored, not once, but multiple times, and they wonder why they are hated.. Fair play to the last PC though, he was open minded during the whole interaction.
They have got to learn! And the uniformed officer abusing his powers wouldn't arrest you but apparently getting your details proves if you were using offensive language in public! The female Sergeant needs to be investigated for lying IF the uniformed officer is telling the truth of course.

When I were a lad, a long time ago, a Police Officer was someone to contact when you have something to report, when your car's been nicked, or some lowlife has kicked in your door and cleared off with the VHS video recorder (remember those?) Now it seems they're only interested in painting their cars with rainbows, or giving grief to anyone carrying out a perfectly legal activity in a public space, then going fishing. What a country we've become, scared of our own shadows. Stand up for your legal rights and don't submit to their tactics.
If that sergeant was off duty and in her rights as a regular member of the public, then she could be offended by offensive language. However, the moment she identified as a police officer (in the process, claiming the powers of an officer) then surely she's no longer able to claim to offended. Surely that's right?
Its very important you follow through on this complaint of that sergeant if you definitely can prove she has lied. She may have given statements or evidence in the past, or may do in the future in court or prosecutions, and judges will convict/ prosecute on her word and integrity as a officer. If she is a proven lier then her statements can not be trusted and the justice system will be better for knowing this.
The P.C is claiming the Sergeant made the statement to him . How do we not know that its the P.C just making this nonsense up in order to solicit your details. If however the Sergeant did lie, then this is a very serious matter that needs action. Decent video, but a very very slow start…editing may have helped. Respect 👍👍
