The Japanese name of the pack, Duelists of the Whirlwind, makes a lot more sense than Synchro Storm considering the contents, makes you wonder why they don’t just keep the original name.

Nova, you completely overlooked the hilarious competitive history of Independent Nightingale and how she was the main cog in various FTKs during 2018 that ended up with Tyrant Neptune and Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom banned.

The deck alone even without pendulum shenanigans has access to devastating turn 2 battle damage. Crashing your soft once per turn search monster into the opponent to damage the opponent. And creating an impenetrable wall with Indipendent nightingale and assembled nightingale’s lingering protection effects.

I checked the wiki and it said that they are in fact people in bird suits. It also said that the xyz monsters are named after types of gatherings(assembly, enssemble, promenade(prom), and recital) making the xyz monsters a gathering of people in animal costumes.

5:31 If I have to guess, the main reason for that effect is an anime reference. Shay often made references to how Academia would always take away their comrades, so Beryl Canary's effect prevents the opponent from taking the Xyz monster away. Even without it it's still a helpful effect against stuff like Borreload, so at least it's functional flavor.

Don't forget winged beasts recently got their own pot of greed card that lets you draw 2 cards for just 600 life points if you control at least two birds

Yes. Do you play Slower Swallow, and swallow’s nest in your deck? I added instant fusion and the fusion makes a great level 1 winged beast on board and you can burn the opponent for 500 every time you de reborn her with Turquoise or beryl canary. I added a polymerization to my deck. But I forgot that usually when you have a 7 to 11 materials Assembled Nightingale. You’ve almost always gotten Xyz locked by beryl Canary’s effect. So I really don’t see how Independent nightingale was designed to be used by the deck except for instant fusion or perhaps SuperPolymerization hate because they Lyrilusc are somewhat towers like monsters.

tbh i kuriboh's run pretty well with lyriluscs. they provide a bunch of different options for hand traps (meaning you can side in what you need) and with kuribohrn you lets you not only resurrect a monster, but can also bring back said hand traps as material for an Xyz summoning of one of your boss monsters making it a great comeback tool.

I've recently played against pure Lyrilusc at Locals. They are so cracked >_> You think you broke their board, and then those sticky birds just build the next one. And I'm a bit salty because time was called during the draw phase of game 3 and if it would have been in the main Phase, I would have been the only one, that would have beat that guy (played rocks with dropsies and had scarlight in the extra for time).

Omg. Prank Kids is one of the only Decks I fear when playing Lyrilusc! This guy I was playing would not let me through his defenses and then finally threw an Appoulusa on board which he chained to my assembled nightingale when I chained it to his battle butlers board wipe. That trap you banish during the battle phase really gives this deck a hard time.

I used to love Lyriluscs even before the new support. I used to run Assembled with Psychic Blade for that extra 2000 damage per attack.

It's funny you mentioned ghostrick angel of mischief. I lost to an ftk that ended in reprodocus, Lyrilisc - Bird Sanctuary(It says Winged Beast xyz, not Lyrilusc), Ghosttrick Dullahan, and a lyrisc xyz monster with multiple xyz material. There were also few main deck and extra tri-Brigade monsters. I appreciate the opponent decklist lookup on master duel.

I want to make character profile videos for my channel and I LOVE this format, but I was never taught how to do computer stuff and have been figuring it out as I go or asking my husband. He doesn't know how to do something like this. Can you help me?

I can't give point-by-point help, but the editor program I use is Wondershare Filmora. YGOPRODECK is a good website to get card images. I'd also suggest working on another video on a different topic that might use the same techniques you want to use but you don't mind coming out bad or experimenting with. That way you have a playground to kind of mess around with the tools before going on to the next project. I hope this helps you get started!

Lyrilusc is one of the best designed Archetypes in all of Yugioh. I’m not crazy about the card art. But the thinking required to play this deck is greater than Tearlaments. The combo building is completely open and has limitless possibilities. And it’s so satisfying to build a 11 materials power rangers robot made out of bird girls.

I recently bought two Displays of synchro Storm, because they were dirt cheap (23 bucks each) and I am currently playing Lyrulusk with a bit of Speedroid and some generic stuff. My buddies do not like them burds grils.

Now that you mention it I kinda wish they got a Pendulum or a Synchro 7:31 You can Summon it with Instant Fusion for a level 1 material, or use Performapal Trump Witch (searcheable with Where Arf thou?, that searches Level 1 monsters if you control 1), to fusion summon it if Assembled Nightingale couldn't finish the job the previous turn. Although it is like "flexing" to summon it

@@drugaming3788 the main problem it's that in the four arc-v girls decks. Melodious it's the most restricted (special summon only melodious or fairy/light) so we can't add spicy tech ( diviner, tries-hiercha, etc). They need draw/search/negation but not so restricted

Nightingale is way better than you think. If you get her in the gy then bust out tyrant Neptune or Supreme king starving venom and you are doing well over 4000 on burn damage and making some massive beaters as well. This combo is why those guys are band to start with.

Might actually be interesting. I have never seen a those levels for synchros. Could make the low level support really busted though, maybe never needed to look at them too much.
