Italy does something every single eurovision, where they just completely and utterly own the stage. It's their's, the whole contest is their concert for those 3 minutes with 25 supporting acts. It's that level of class, an air of professionalism, they always bring. God they deserve to win so bad, after everything they've given this contest.

Agreed, but they also need to 'own' through the TV cameras. Not sure that's happening yet. With only 3500 in the arena, it's going to be harder to convey that concert feeling to all the tele and jury voters.

You know what? At first I wasn't sure of the choice. However, this performance has just solidified how much potential this has and how great it will be on the main stage at the final. I really think it could come between 1st and 3rd place (hopefully 1st, Italy deserves it after coming so close so many times)

Se anche quest'anno l' Italia che porta sempre qualità arriva nuovamente seconda o terza sto Eurovision non è altro che un concorso politicizzato dove la musica non ha nessuna importanza, ma solo la nazionalità per motivi politici.Allora non ha più senso mandare perle ai porci!!! @my sweet larents Iceland 2019, well, it wasn't rock, but people were pretty divised about the song (and the way it was sung) and it did get a good result in televote, and the rock songs this year are not "worse" in terms of how it's sung, here it's truly rock.

This year’s Contest has a few contenders for the win (including Måneskin for Italy), and what I’m loving about this sneak peek is that it looks like they’re not relying on camera tricks or gimmicks for their performance. They’re just relying on their own swagger and stage presence. I would love to see Italy finally get the win it deserves after sending so many good to great entries since returning in 2011, but even if Måneskin doesn’t win, I still think this is just the beginning of their journey into international superstardom. They’ve got tons of talent and their lead singer Damiano has so much charisma and confidence when he sings. Best of luck to them!
