I watched the live show with my friends and I’m the only one who speaks Italian so I was the only one who picked up on it. The funniest part is that they don’t know that I speak Italian so looked really concerned when I randomly got excited/started laughing. So then I had to explain that he said grab your balls and that’s why Victoria is laughing too. I also admitted that I know bcos I speak Italian and then they were shocked like “what so you’re just sitting there understanding all the lyrics” and I’m like yuppp and then had to translate for them 😂

I am "only" 9 years older than you and from my experience it is kind of hard to find younger people, especially Gen Z (how they are called) who are rock fans. With Millennials and older it is a bit different though. What I never understood it why Rock disappeared from the mainstream area. I do love pop music but in my eyes pop music declined and is getting worse. I guess a lot of us are pleased that Maneskin won and that Rock music is again there where it belongs. Also it is a nice new breeze of fresh air. I hope the 20s of this century will be full of different genres again, like the 90s used to be :D

Look, I listened to some Daði Freyr's songs in Icelandic and I found them lovely to listen. And this is from an Italian native speaker. If "10 years" were in Icelandic it would have been perfect, really.
