You can like it or not but you can't deny this is quality. Italy is one of the most diverse country in the contest, they have sent so many different genres from jazz to opera, pop ballads, hip hop/R&R, now rock and it has always been quality. They are not afraid to make brave choices and to give us something different year by year. I wish other countries would do the same. This is absolutely amazing 🤟🏻

to all the people that still think that we have sanremo in order to choose our contestant for the eurovision. guys you're all wrong!! the festival of sanremo is even older than the eurovision and actually inspired its creation. sanremo is one of the most important italian traditions and moments of the year and singers do not participate with the goal of representing italy at the eurovision. that is just an extra opportunity that the winner of sanremo can actually choose to take or refuse (in the case they refuse those who came second get to choose). the purpose of sanremo is sanremo itself, the eurovision only comes as a consequence, you've got to understand this guys

Don't speak a word of Italian but I love that they didn't sing in English. That should be an entry rule. Must sing in national language. Then we'd get quality music like this.

Honestly I much prefer Eurovision songs in their native languages! If this song was in English, I have a feeling it would not have felt the same at all and the same for Ukraine! (Plus even if we're learning just these songs in their native languages, we're still learning new languages)

Italy is never mediocre, it always brings new and different things, who would have thought that in such a depressing year it comes with a burst of old-fashioned, glamorous and charismatic rock energy! The Sanremo version is better because it has an orchestral arrangement with fantastic strings and violins, congratulations, very good live!
