still, nearly 3k for a fully decked out ipad is a little much for me. Portability is sure nice though! But I'll stick with my giant PC with 10TB, 32GB RAM, and three monitors.
Yeah man, the apple tax is high when you want all the bells and whistles 😅 (which we do). I know that ultimately my 2020 should do me just fine but my gf is looking for a new device and I already owe her some money, so... 😆 I’m deep in this eco-system, haha.
I have a brute of a gaming laptop at home, an Alienware Area-51m R2, with 32GB RAM, 19-10900K desktop-level PCU, RTX2080 Super desktop-level GPU, currently with 6GB storage. I have my entire Adobe CC suite on it, and it has all the horsepower I need. I travel a lot for work, so I need a travel solution for when I'm in hotels. That is my 11" 2020 iPad Pro. I can't do everything on it that I can with the Alienware, but I can edit 4k video in LumaFusion, use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. So far, I haven't reached its limits, and so I don't see the need to upgrade.
Awesome video! As a 2020 iPad Pro owner myself, I didn't really see anything spectacular with the latest update... just my opinion! :) The new iMac's with all those cool colors, on the other hand... 😍 (LOL!)
Hey @Anna-Marie, the 2020 is great!, and my lag issues have been very infrequent (only twice in 12 months of usage). The iMac’s are a reasonable update but did you know that they have the same Chip and RAM as the iPad Pro and from what Apple’s site is showing now it maxes out at 512GB of storage - So, if you can hold off on getting a desktop until at least September, I would wait to see what else they release this year.
@@TheJamSpace For computers, Windows 10 is actually my go-to (wayyy more storage) :) I just love the colors of the iMac's LOL! It's interesting that they basically have the same specs as the iPad Pro.
