I'm here in Japan and my home track is compact and everyone are driving S-Chassis. I just scored a non-VVTI UZ LS400 in the U.S. and am looking at this swap so super informative.

That 240 SX. Is gonna be a rocket ship super beast..gonna love to hear the first start up..i also used to have a 240 SX a long time ago back in 2006. I just could never get her home due to jealous bullies that think they have a right 2 try 2 force me how to spend & invest my own hard earn money & time & knowledge & they hate crime my passion some of them are ex miltary & ride moto bikes..
How do you find the transmission controller. Iam using it on a a650 and feel that there base map is terrible on it . The program seems slow to react and start to freeze while its pluged into computer . Starting to wonder of ripping out the a650 and going a340 .did you do much to the base map they supply or how is the car driving with map they supply
I done that too plus the basic settings on the first page . Was going to start playing around with the pwm next aswell as the a650 page settings. Happy Christmas anyways
" IT'S BEEN A COUPLE WEEKS & I DON'T REMEMBER WHY I DID IT " LMAO. I hear ya, you walk away from a project for a couple of weeks, HELL even a couple of days & you're like WHAT THE HELL DID I DO THAT FOR, WHAT WAS MY PLAN, WHERE'S THAT PART ? LOL. Then you have to look at everything again & figure it out, IT'S A PROJECT ESPECIALLY MANUFACTURING YOUR OWN SHIT. $650 for injectors, OUCH but ya want what you want. When putting gaskets on for just fitment or even permanent, use BABY POWDER, gasket comes off better & won't stick, also you could slide it around better. YOU'RE DOING WELL with your plans, just take your time & triple check EVERY DAMN THING AS YOU SEEM TO BE DOING. MERRY CHRISTMAS SIR TO YOU & THE ONES YOU LOVE " I DON'T MEAN YOUR CAR EITHER, LMAO.
