M203 Airsoft Granade Launcher - Loading and Trouble-Shooting - PART TWO

Thanks. There was a woman playing with us in Hawaii's largest airsoft field. She was someone's grandmother, and she was thin and looks 70ish. But she could climb a boulder better than I could! You are never too old for airsoft! I'll keep building, and keep playing as long as I can. HOPEFULLY into MY 70s! :)

That seems to be a COMMON problem. Take the grenade apart, and be extremely CAREFUL of the center valve. it has four tiny bearings, and that valve can fly out, and you can loose those bearings! Use a box or anything to catch those bearings in case the valve flies out since it is under spring tension. While pressing in the button that releases the gas on the opposite end , add silicone oil from the INSIDE of the empty grenade. Then put it together, and try re-fill.

Old and frail? Most of my jobs was with harmful chemicals. The drying, pealing, and my past hobby placed me outdoors in the sun for hours. So, yeah... these soon to retire from RU-vid old hands looks like they are 80+ years old, but I am only 53..... I pity those of your generation who listens to iPods or whatevers with earbuds. You will start to loose your hearing as young as 32 - 41 years old. I took care of my ears, but age still caught up with me. I am already loosing my hearing.

Airsoft was originaly from Japan, where guns are outlawed by their governement to be owned by private citizen. So the Japanese created replica guns for sale, and America caught on, and now? WE love it! Just as long as Americans use common sense in use of airsoft, it will be legal.

@n1njaw0lf Green gas, red gas, and 134A gas should be available at any local airsoft shop or some hobby shops. If none is available in your hometown in Belgium, you could Google surrounding areas, and see if they will ship green gas or any to you. It is compressed explosive gas (propane), so ground shipping will be your only option. OR! You could see if they sell propane gas at any store, and see if any on-line e-shops that sells airsoft acessories carries the propane adapter for airsoft.

@bikeXscootXski LESS than $200.00. You know that you get what you pay for. Most Chinese-made riffles are less than $200.00. You could try Jing-Gong. At least you can interchange parts. I will look around and give what I deem good for less than $200.00 and give you the link in your inbox since RU-vid doesn't allow links in public comments.

@snowdawg95 Around the rim of the black rlease button that comes in contact with the four berrings. Also you can grease the bearings too. Do some test shots empty, and see if the button can be depressed and hear the "click". If not..... it is a bad brand. NOT MadBull, I trust?

Question, how do you block ppl from watching your videos? I'm not the type to disable comments or ratings, but I do want to eliminate the worser of the naysayers, nonetheless.

The pellets are stacked in each chamber, and yes, blasted ALL out with gas. Like a giant airsoft shotgun. So if you have a 120 round granade, all 120 rounds (when fully loaded) will be blasted out all together.....

Only a FEW grenades are made strong enough to handle CO2. It is labled as such. All others will take both green gas & propane, since green gas is propane with silicone oil already mixed in.

@808Kameleon NOT madbull... but pro arms 96 rds. all 6 going in my ICS GLM i tried lubing that part but the piston still stays stuck in the bottom half of the grenade after every shot i take. I have to open up the grenade and but the piston back to the top part. idk why it doesnt stay in that spot.... is there wny other way to keep it up there??

@onecrazyRikster You can hand fire it. But where is the fun in doing that? Also, you can get those trip wire used to fire off real-steal shotgun shells. I seen some guys use that.

Kameleon, my King Arms 433 60rd shell does not quit meter the BBs in; they simply fall right into the slots without being stopped on anything. This causes the BBs to fall out when the shell is tilted parallel to the ground. Is there a fix for this, or is this user error?

im amazed countries even allow m203 airsoft guns with something looking like the real grenade launchers an grenades an guns fully auto of airsoft when in US we cant own assault rifles real ones that are fully auto so why fake bb ones

well wouldnt you want to do that with a m203? im not talking about using them in a good gun like an aeg. wouldnt it be cheaper to use .12s in a m203 because m203s shoot alot of bbs at a time

i have grenade similar to urs and in the inside of it the weird silver thing in the top half with the small silver balls the little silver balls fell out and wont stay in any idea how to fix it

Did i get it right: The grenade will only hit the target if it lands right, because of the openings being only on one side ?

@808Kameleon Thanks, kind of knew that already though. I meant like safe to carry. I tried to buy some at the store and they thought I was crazy for buying propane. I just screw on the adapter right? Then load with the propane forced downward onto the grenade. What about people smoking near me?

Great video u know everythin.about them grenades do u no ur stuff with the guns? If u do I should work with airsoft fixing guns n that n can make quite a bit of doller :)

@808Kameleon the piston stays stuck at the bottom half even when its open then i push the button and it comes loose but it doesnt do the same when the grenade is closed.

the problem you come across at 2:16 keeps happening after every time i shoot my grenades. It happens to all 6 of mine!! is it just because they are not "broken in" yet?

please tell me, will these accept propane, green gas, or C02, or all three, please give me the details, because no product descriptions seem to mention it...

I don't know jack about airsoft but I can tell you if you use aquarium "all-glass" silicone to glue those 2 metal pieces together it will work perfectly!

@snowdawg95 I doupt the spring could be messing up on all six granades. Does the piston unlock when you turn it slightly to open?

@quinnthin12345 No. Just the aluminum valve for the grenade. Made in China. Go figure! The grenade launcher is still OK.

Does the pellets fall out of the grenade before you put it into the launcher? If so, replace the o-ring...

Did it break after normal use? I was going to get one, because they get good reviews, but if they're weak...

Whenever I load bbs into the separate barrels, they all fall out, they never stay in, any idea?

Could you do a video on how to take off the gasket on the opening of the grenade shell, to replace it.

Are the bearing in the base of the grenade viral to its function? I lost one and I’m wondering if that’s effecting it.

But grenades dont have barrels like a gun so you can waste cheap or reused ammo wit doesnt matter

Same usage as Green Gas. Green Gas IS propane with silicone oil already added...

They're too light... Wind will change their trajectory, and decrease the Grenade's range

where did you buy the gass? cause i only find adapters and CO2 paterns :/

SILICONE OIL. Anything else will destroy your rubber o-rings.....

Apply simple VASELINE Pretroleum Oil to hold the four bearings in.

@freeskierjay1233 Only the excess ones after finishing loading each hole with pellets, like about 3 or 4 per hole. The rest are held in by a large o-ting that surrounds the granade.

Yup. All the chemicals from my past jobs, and being put in the sun with another hobby of mines, plus stress can really speed up the old age process. I pity those who drink any soda every week. The microphone on my camera is quite sensitive, and I also have a loud refrigerator.....

Duck Tape would get in the way of proper operation and actually impede gas flow! The Krazy Glue was temporary until I got me a new grenade.

4mm. A viewer, and ironically, I lost a bearing last week. I got mines on eBay. Just type "airsoft m203 grenade parts" in Search.

@AirsoftersNI46 Some of my granades, I actually bought it from good 'ol ebay! Another, I got it from a Hong Kong shop like eHobby Asia, or UNCompany. It is ALL alunimum metal!
