M3 e92 whine noise is that normal? 

Old video. But I just got a 2011 m3 with 70k miles and it makes the same noise. This is normal I suppose?

Normal but check your power steering fluid

It’s your pulley, it’s on its way out

Its normal so dont worry

My car sounds exactly the same did you ever figure it out?

Its normal. I had it, BMW said the car was fine.
