I think the hardest brutality ever is Kollektor's db2 anti-air special attack. You need to hold 2 for 2,5 sec. to charge it and the opponent has to jump. Add the fact that it does a crushing blow, you'll need to pull it out twice to get it. It's a brutality from the previous KL season.
