@@ParthiBhardwaj Every state doesn't have a flag. They can have one if they want but that flag won't be granted any privileges. Its nothing more than the flag of a sports team or association. J&K had a flag until now as article 370 gives it some special privileges, like a flag that can be flown together with the Indian flag and a seperate penal code. But now, its removed.

Karnataka has its own flag....

Except the now-abrogated state of Jammu and Kashmir, no other states of the Republic of India ever had their own state flag. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka had previously proposed for separate state flags in 1970 and 2018 respectively. But none of them have ever used these flags officially. During the 2018 Karnataka Assembly Election, Congress party started this separate flag issue perhaps just to woo voters. That's it.
