Ingredients: For the cookie dough: 320g semolina 120ml melted butter 55ml oil 125g flour 40g milk powder 90g powdered sugar 1 tsp Baking powder Cinnamon powder 1tsp salt 50ml milk 1 tsp vanilla essence For the fillings: 250 g dates 2 tsp oil 200g Pistachio 2tsp sugar 25ml water 200g Walnut 2tsp sugar Cinnamon powder 🔺Bake at 200C for 10 minutes 🔺Let the dough rest for 4 hours before making cookies
