I bought raw black maca... I didn't experience any of the benefits people talk about... I'm glad you clarified gelatinized is the way to go... Thanks for the video
David, why didn't You still review agmatine sulfate which is by many one of the best nootropic and life changing supstance? I'm hoping You will do it soon because You're deep analasys is still one of the best out there. Also what is You're stand regard methylation and did You test for mthfr/comt?
I've bee researching and writing about nootropic supplements for nearly 10 years. And I've never heard of agmatine sulfate. And if I've never heard about it I doubt many others have either. Methylation is a complicated issue and smarter people than me have written about it. But I did cover it in my folate video that I still need to update. You can see the original from 2018 here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1dzi1hFBrkY.html
David you're the master my friend! Thank you so much for what you bring to the world of nootropics Agmatine you definitely want to delve into this amino compound, as it does so many things for one's body... I know you're busy, but take a looksee when you're able to sir 💙 Edited to add amino
I'm curious about the type of maca used in the MGH SSRI study, I couldn't find out if the 3000 mg was of maca powder or maybe 4:1 extract...I just started taking the extract capsules but I'd like to mimic the results of the MGH study
The only supplement I've come across that helps with Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction is Maca. So not sure there is a point to doing an entire video on it.
I think it is best to cycle through different adaptogens like fo ti as well. Maca can be too stimulating for hormones and some rely on it. I find it usful when I haven't slept that well and want to workout or if recovering from feeling fatigued. I like gold and black maca
