Great point. Systemization creates optimizations necessary to scale performance. Following your proven model eliminates the learning curve so until I exceed your performance, I won't alter your methods.
Excellent stuff. Great thoughts for my business as I scale up (for the second time). Gonna hire, schedule, and train smarter this time, to produce a more well-oiled machine with less need to improvise and more plain, simple "doing" of the most important tasks at the right times
Worked in an amazon fulfillment center. People do often choose to fuck around. But the systems in place definitely account for that. It is also a brain numbing job. But there's many interesting people working there that keep some life in it.
