Machining a Big Handrail | Woodworking Projects 

In this video I am machining a piece of 140 x 80 to match a sample of handrail. I have to do multiple passes through the spindle moulder, using a variety of different cutters, in order to achieve the profile.
In all there was approx 3.5 hours of machining to create the finished product.
I hope you enjoy watching me create this and gain a bit of insight into what is required at times to match existing profile.
