Machneyuda Restaurant in Jerusalem with Chef Uri Navon 

I would love love to visit this restaurant as well as do a Jerusalem food tour. Ancient traditions, tried/tested flavours and innovative new taste fusions, respect for the produce, seasons and most importantly fresh, naturally ripened and flavourful produce and ingredients -- thanks to a benevolent climate, fertile land and terroir of the Mediterranean and the Levant.

@13:27 That harbour shot at the end is Akko. And the lit room after it looks like the Efendi, also in Akko. If you go there, you must eat at Uri Buri. It's the law. ;)
