I'm using a direct connection between the Pocket3 to my laptop and then adding their Mic2 as audio when I need a fast and fury setup. My software of choice is Ecamm Live
I have used my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 as webcam, and it follows my face. It didn't do it the first time, but about a week ago I tried it again, and it was following me just fine.
Same here, works like a charm but I use it sparingly. Some viewers got dizzy at times so I activate it obly when I'm showing stuff around my studio. I put myself in the side of the screen (setting in Pocket 3) which then leaves lots of room to show things..
@@SamuliLindgren Hi! We can disable the tracking by pressing the joystick, but re-enabling asks for a double tap on the screen and that makes it a bit wobbly haha. Hm, maybe I could test if the Mimo app can fix for that? Honestly I haven't even thought of that before..
Super shartp and crisp video. Could you do a setup video for this?, I think it would be interesting to see what lens, shutter speed, light etc and if you use any post editing to get it this sharp.
Great Small Setup.. i have the osmo pocket i'm going to have to check out the Mackie Mainstream also if you don't mind me asking... what main camera and lens are you using for main commentary parts close up shots?.. Quality is so crispy
For what you're doing, you could just use a AMS-22 or a Shure MVX2U and a shotgun mic. Or if you're on a budget, a Videomic Go 2 connected to a $17 On-Stage DS7200B with the camera attached to the top.
It depends. I have to say you are much better with video than I am. I am more audio-focused. But I think for audio I'd prefer a shotgun mic rather than a lav mic. So if I was going for a shotgun mic I'd go either AT875R or SE8 or Videomic Go2 off-screen. Then plug it into a compact interface like a MV2xU or a Zoom F3. If you use the Videomic Go 2 it requires no audio interface so that can literally be plugged into a computer and you can mount it to your tripod with a Smallrig clamp and have it point at you (while you stay about at least a hang-loose) away from the mic. @@kriedholm

You can, but by doing so you lose the ability to use the gain knob AND monitor audio from the Mainstream. I like to have those options available during a stream.
