The thing about this musical is that if you don't watch the whole thing you think it's sooo stupid and pointless like just from the songs it sounds sooooo idiotic and then you see it and you realize it's actually sooooo amazing
I’m assuming they used this because it’s the only song that someone who hasn’t seen the musical will know. People who have only seen the movie and not the musical will want to see familiar characters doing familiar things.
i remember when my school won a contest and the 3 Fionas, Shrek, Donkey, and Lord Farquwad came to my school and answered questions, taught us a dance, gave out tickets, and sang a few songs :D It was amazing
When I first watched this as a six-year-old, I was incredibly confused as to why there were 3 Fionas. Then I was cast as Young Fiona in my high school's production this last December :D
@TheSlushie9 thats young fiona and teenage fiona. in the song i know it's today its fiona growing up and thats when they are in the show. i don't know if they are actully in the final number or if they just put them into the parade.
I love this play and guys I was in the perade I was in there when I saw that they were ganna do a play shrek the musical and I was happy exited and when I saw the hole play I was singing the songs with them and it was amazing😊😀😀😁😂😁😂😊😀😁😁
