it's funny I watched behind the scenes that showed that thing did nothing but break the entire time they tried to use it they ended up cutting it out because it wouldn't stop breaking
I think its fine, they have more surface area than most little rectangles on modern vehicles. if anything i would be worried for the safety of the filters lol. Engine that high compression is sucking in what it wants no matter what.
looks awesome but i seem to recall that people on the film crew were not happy with this thing, specifically the brakes but also a bunch of other mechanical issues
Love the sound of the V8 but will need your ears checked weekly. Would be amazing to have it stealth capable. Or a version that didnt alert everyone in the next country that you were coming.
You can FEEL the pure friction in this thing lol. Would love to figure out a way to get that down... problem is the moving surface isnt constrained by anything.

#1 - I wish I had one to deal with the traffic around me lol. #2 - It always tickles me in these type of movies, where (if it is anything like the originals) gas is hard to come by, yet the hero drives a "car" that probably gets 2 or 3 miles to the gallon lol. #3 - Holy crap I want one lol!
#2 I think there's a explanation for that. Maybe several. First, you needed to be fast to escape and survive. If you weren't fast enough, you got caught. Two, the time era of the collaspse happened before electric fuel injection was mainstream. Old carburetor engines chew up the gas. Lastly, these engines have lasted far beyond their manufacture warranty with little repair, ha. So maybe all the small engines have been run into the ground already? Or, the simplier the engine, the brawnier and uglier it tends to be. Im grasping at straws. A car person I am not. But its a guess. :p
