Micheal Wartella Is An American Cartoonist owner of Dream Factory Animation in Brooklyn New York.They produce traditionally animated ads/shorts for companies. In 2010 they were contacted by Warner Bros to produce animated shorts for their show "Mad". And so,they have animated over 300 shorts over its span of 4 seasons and 103 episodes.

I found something mysterious on Mike’s website. I found skits where the Hamburglar gets arrested for jaywalking, a chair being taken to a hospital in a wrestling match, and a lip bomb (presumably a bad ideas segment). They were part of three animation reels, and I don’t believe I have see these three shorts on the show ever.
