Its so sad because shes clearly saying it the way a teenager would see it. Reality is maddy is an abused girl who was also sexually abused as a child by an old man.
@jokerpilled2535 Exactly. I'm so sick of this "victim cause you're a minor" stuff. There was this one article I read of this guy getting like 20 years in prison for doing it with a minor but one, she didn't tell him she was a minor after he asked 4 times and two, when he found out she was a minor, he literally deleted her number and blocked her and she was mad so she told on him. WHEN SHE WAS THE ONE THAT LIED! And he even fucking blocked her and did everything to ignore her. He did everything right and he payed the price. But there's still people like "ShEs The VicTiM" 🙄
@viniciusoliveira4798 Absolutely not. He believed her, he didn't "have doubts" he was just making sure cause she looked young, and she ruined his life for trying to do the right thing.
@user-kw8db8es1k yea but I feel like this story might be a bit exaggerated. she probably heard it from Maddy who could've distorted it to seem like she had more power in the situation than she did.
@@THEnicolelizabethHonestly, most of the time that you have an actual character narrating, they’re more often than not unreliable narrators. Rue narrating seems to know a lot about her friends’ lives, which gives the impression that she knows everything. But rue is also giving her subjective interpretation of a lot of things, like Maddie being “in control” in the beach anecdote. I think she’s also a self-proclaimed unreliable narrator so there’s that
SAME. Even though he is a ✨character✨, I feel panic in my chest...his character is completely despicable, and I can predict the interpersonal horrors that will come the moment I see his character's face.
You have to remember that most of these movies and shows are very exaggerated. Not to mention there are many people who don’t relate to this. Some of course do including the Asians, but again this is deeply exaggerated.
they were never good together it just a facade. 😭 maddy already knew nate was controlling hence why she felt she had to lie about being a virgin. same reason she felt she needed to lie about being “blacked out” at the party. plus it was mentioned theyd regularly break up and would get into arguments. 😭
They were never good to begin with. Nate and Maddy didn't know each other, once they did, Nate was the one who made everything toxic because he has jealousy and controlling issues. A relationship should remain healthy at start when people actually get to know each other and that's when you can comment "Yes, they are good for each other" The only times that we see Nate actually treating Maddy right and buying her stuff, is when he turns into a big baby crying out for his mama, except he is crying for his ex-girlfriend to come back because he doesn't want anyone else to touch her other than him. The best way to use 'They were good together and then they weren't." would be with people who know each other living a happy life until they hit rock bottom and turn into a whole different person. Nate wasn't a good person with any of the people he talked to during high school. One part that really pissed me off the most is how overprotective he was over Cassie when McKay took Cassie aside to talk about their relationship. Nate was going crazy thinking that McKay and Cassie were sleeping together at the party and that made Nate jealous. It's not like McKay was the one dating Cassie so Nate has no fucking right to act like she's his to take.
Jacob Elordi is such a great actor he made me hate nate so much that it makes me sick at the same time love him in his interviews even if he looks same thats great acting right there
The way they wanted to make Maddie a bad byotch and it was totally backwards. Having an adult sexuality from a young age is so wrong and the series made off such this bad idea
That’s not how sex works. When a woman is aroused, the friction will be smooth and easier. When she’s not liking it enough, it will tighten. If your girl was really tight it means she’s not aroused at all
