Will's patience really stands out. Illini fans would appreciate that after Marcus Domask gave the Big Ten a master class working in the lane. The illini's strength and conditioning coach Adam Fletcher has proven he can build the base that makes this style effective. Coach Underwood's offense is really dynamic but he still values defensive intensity, which plays well at NBA levels too. I would love to see Will rocking the Orange and Blue.

The thing I love absolutely the most about this young man is not the fact that he's got off the hook mad skills on the court but, dig this: he's asked a series of questions to address right outta the gate. He processed em all in a nano second and still, started out doing what? Giving thanks. Are you kidding me? What's not to love about this? Awesome! About his game, I've come to the conclusion that he's not a forward in any league on this entire planet. He's a guard. Flat out. He's so strong in getting to his spots, it's ridiculous. Effortless. Reminds me of Pete Maravich in his ability to exert his will anytime, anywhere on the court. Against whomever. Love to see him don the blue n white of KY. Naturally. Who wouldn't want to see this CAT, play for them? Pun intended. He's a generational type of talent. If we at Ky don't t get him, I hope you guys in the orange and blue do. Orange and blue? Florida.. etc, etc.? Just kidding. He's a possible one n done. I suggest to this young man to spend this one year... extremely wisely. It's the investment in yourself, at this point in your life. Time for your development from a grown up kid to a full grown man. Playing with and against grown dudes now. The BBN would be honored to watch you grow and mature into your future self. As we have with tons of former players who've gone on to their unbelievable journeys and paths from UK to the NBA. . Love to have you join us all in this journey. If not, that's cool.
