I find Bebe/Charlotte's whole being kind of depressing. This would mean she turned into a magical girl and turned into a witch all while she was still in elementary school.

Her mother loved sweets but wasn't allowed to have any because of her illness. Not knowing her mom was actually dying, Charlotte made a wish with Kyubey for a cheesecake to give to her mom to cheer her up and make her feel better because she and her mom would sometimes share a cheesecake with each other on special occasions and, in her mind, cheese technically 'wasn't a sweet'. Unfortunately her mother wasn't allowed to eat the cheesecake and actually got angry at Charlotte for bringing it. Charlotte's last memory of her mother before she died was being given out to for not thinking clearly and the cheesecake went uneaten. I presume Charlotte witched out either there or shortly afterwards.

She also probably didn't understand what she was getting into by making a deal with Kyubey.

I find this story to be one of the saddest of all. If I recall correctly, Nagisa's wish was for a piece of cheese (or cheesecake) to share with her mother, who was very ill. After realizing the grave mistake she had just committed, she immediately turned into a witch, all being a little child...
It's not exactly like that. The backstory was revealed in an event from the smartphone game Magia Record (Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story) and I really recommend to read it. It's depressing and traumatic as heck.

Bebe/charlotte is actually one of the most awesome characters of that movie. =D Also... good to see that when under Godoka the Magical Girls have access to their witch powers without it being a problem.
Nagisa’s story has to be one of the most f up story in this anime. Nagisa’s mother fell terminally ill and her father left her afterward. She has been going to see her mom at hospital since then. But every time her mom would treat her badly to the point that the teacher at school asked her if she was fine. But she still loved her mom despite all off this. One day Incubator showed up asked her if she has any wishes, she kept pondered about it. She went to the hospital as usual with all kinds of cheeses she brought to eat with her mom, but she was met with verbal abuse. Her mom said she regretted ever gave birth to her and wanted to neglect her. Something in Nagisa snapped. And for the first time, she wished for something from the bottom of her heart. She wished for the most delicious cheesecake. She wanted her mom to regret for treating her so badly all this time. She wanted her to be in Nagisa’s debt and die because Nagisa’s wish. After this an incident took place. A witch appeared turning the hospital into labyrinth. Incubator warned Nagisa to get out off there and left her mom to die. But Nagisa refused I’m not listening to anybody! And I’m not doing what anyone asked either! I’m going to act for myself !!! Only for myself!!! Because mom ignores me! Because mom pushes her problems onto me! Because mom hated me! I’ll force her to be in MY debt. I’ll do anything if it makes her regret the way she treated me! I won’t let a witch killed my mom! So long story short I figured out the recipe when bebe jump into a blender. Which sounds pretty lame to me, but still effective, yeah. I just can't stop thinking how... lame it looks to fight with a book next to someone fighting with a spear... Just my opinion xD

I don't think that they as magical girls have more powerful magic. Sayaka has become more skilled and can use the witches power. Nagisa can use it as well. If only we knew how powerful Nagisa was before.
Mami is traumatized because the first time she fought a Witch, she failed to save a kid. That, mixed with the fact she doesn't feel anyone can really understand her grief, and she can't share it, because she's a senior, therefore she tells herself she must be the example, led her to develop a mother complex in which she can not allow loneliness to infect either hers or someone else's heart, especially that of a child she relates to so much.
Bebe looks like Charlotte, and Charlotte used to see a witch, And there is more witches them magical girls, so, I think that each magical girl(except mami bc she already have one) should have a companion that looks less harmful, but used to be a witch👌

She couldn't before Madoka made her wish to destroy all witches before they were born. She was taken by the law of cycles (along with Sayaka) since they both became witches and are effectively erased from existence after Madoka's wish, both Momoe and Sayaka became Madoka's secretaries of sorts and are able to freely use and control their witch forms.
Even Charlotte's second form remained cute up until she let the sharpness of her teeth show. I cant even take mami's death serious because her killer was so fucking adorable!
I had that thought.. if bebe and sayaka are able to turn back into magical girls, does that mean even as witches they didnt fall completely in despair I think its been a while since charlotte became a which ? I mean, we dont see her in the main anime (We can also see sayakas witch form in rebellion) Does that means, witches can be saved ? We know witches are when puella magis reach their "adulthood" by falling into despair ? Maybe they can altern between forms because they didnt fully grow up yet? I'M CONFUSEEEED
