I went to the first London show also and she came on at 8.50pm and performed the whole concert as it should have been. She came on after 10 in Manchester. there lies the difference.

In Chicago, for instance, when she got hit by the stage at the beginning of the song, her singing didn't change for one note. A Madonna as we know her, on a live mic would have complained - that is beyond all dispute!!
+ChaChinnngK sounds pre recorded to me. look at the London clip, you see she misses out part of the chorus, she forgets to open her mouth yet the song carries on lol. she's probably still singing live over a very loud pre recorded track.
