A few things to note from watching your video. 1. There's a good selection of customization choices if you actually go into the character creator, rather than just selecting a preset. 2. The game isn't actually translated yet. Mad World currently utilizes Google translate in order to allow English speakers to test the game out prior to translation. 3. The alpha cash shops are intended to help people test out the game and nothing else. 4. In regards to potential P2W MTX, the devs have said they're against P2W, even going as far as asking testers what they personally define as P2W in order to avoid it.

they're korean devs with limited knowledge in english doing the localization by themselves; that's why the english isn't the best. Been following this game since 2018 and i'm so happy to them actively working on the game after their long hiatus. There's realy nothing like this out there; stunning art style. Also it's an alpha. Why expect a stellar gaming experience with everything working in an alpha??

I've been looking forward to this game for years... I hope they can figure something out with the lag, this game would be super dope.

I'm curious if the lag is a progressive problem regardless of browser. You said it was ok when you started in chrome and slowed down over time, then was better when you went to firefox. However, I wonder if you would have gotten a similar boost from just restarting it in chrome, or if playing for 90 minutes on firefox would exhibit the same issues.

You gonna play this on sunday/monday? I'm very on the fence on this. I think the combat looks a bit shallow, how many weapon types are there? And the language kind of ruins the immersion. Mounts seems to be a drag as well, having to Tamagotchi them and the movement speed I've seen doesn't make it worth. But I'm interested in a new MMO, just not.. A bad one.. :D

I love the art style and all the gore. That said the lag that you start getting progressively while you play was horrible. Literally made me stop. Honestly I appreciate that they wanted to do a browser game, but I love so much the art style and all the gore that I'd prefer if they just made a proper game that you install on your PC. ARPG need to be responsive in order to be fun in my opinion. Also PvP will probably be quite fun on this one. Path of Exile has proven that this type of games(ARPG genre) will do just fine with cosmetics, so I'm really hoping that they leave just cosmetics and minor convenience in the shop and not literal p2w mechanics.

I dont see why they should insist on it being browser only, they could have made a downloadable client by now, it wouldnt be very big i imagine and people who want to use browser can still do that.
