I don't have time to elaborate on this (and I know I'm going to be accused of 'blaming the victim') but how can a woman blame a man when the woman flirts, leads a man on, seduces, has sex with a man...after all that, turn around cry victim. Many American women gauge their self-esteem according to the sexual prowess they have over a man. I think MEN need to wake up and realize this 'me too' mentality is bullshit. This situation needs to be looked at on a case to case basis.
