Located in the northernmost part of Long Bay, overlooking Maroubra Beach, you'll find Magic Point, one of the best dives in Sydney! This dive is mainly done by boat. The best thing divers can see on this dive are the gray nurse sharks, of course! This dive is considered a breeding ground for gray nurse sharks and most days you can see 5 to 10 nurse sharks located about 15 to 18 meters in a cavern. Upon reaching the cave, the best way to get closer to the sharks and respect their spaces is to kneel on the sand at a respectable distance.
