Ann, my sister and I did the exact same thing as children but with corrugated fibreglass. My sister got stitches and has a massive scar from it lol!! I laugh coz it's a funny sister memory now. Can't believe you did that too! Nicely done on the bigger production. I did think it was missing background music though! Watch any cooking show like Jamie Oliver etc - it sets the mood! This was a lovely video! Though I think your normal videos are just as awesome though because YOU make them! :) Looking forward to seeing more.

I was expecting the first story to end up either them cutting themselves on the edges of the metal or when they tried sliding down, the metal was too hot to slide down

i love how ann most likely already knows and understands all these recipes as she is a food scientist and and a dietitican as well as a pastry chef yet she doesnt impose on the chefs she films with and watches aptly and listens and lets them talk despite the fact she could probably do it even better ann is just such a wonderful humble lady really

Hello Ann! I met you a few weeks ago at your meet and greet in Melbourne (I don't expect you to remember me due to the sheer amount of people there) but I told you all about how I was hoping to get into a university course so I could become an engineer and a designer and you gave me so much incredibly helpful advice for getting through university and options I could have for when I finish my degree. Even if you don't remember me I wanted to tell you that I got in and I'm starting my degree in two months! :D Thank you for being an absolutely wonderful person on-screen as well as in real life and thank you for taking the time to come and meet all of your Melbourne fans, it was an amazing experience

how do you eat this? i guess you have to take it out of the tear drop first, which will probably give you wet hands. and when you start eating all the ice will melt on to the plate and all over the table. mh. seriously though, this looks gorgeous but it is not very practical. recommendation: make the tear drop, put in a candle and place it outside your door. beautiful ice light!

If you put a candle in ice your stupid cause when the fire of the candle heats up the ice water will drip into the fire so wouldnt ghe fire stop?

+im with stewpid no, the water will probably run down the sides inside first, i think. also the flame has to be hit by the water exactly. also: does an igloo melt and rain on the people inside when they sit inside? if it does: cut the freaking top off.

Okay, Kira Kiona, I had a hard time reading your post. First, if you used punctuation you could have made two paragraphs. Second, their is posessive, there is a place, and they're is a contraction for they are. Guess which one is wrong. Third, those, not thoes. Finally, if these are just typos, why didn't you fix them?

Very nice!! I made a bird basket out of Chocolate and candied nuts wrap around a ballon put in freezer then take out then added mouse and topped a white chocolate mouse egg and a chocolate feather

Melted sugar is thicker, which means it'll probably be harder to make it into that perfect hollow teardrop shape. And he uses a torch to melt a hole in it, which wouldn't work because the sugar would burn and caramelize, I'm no bake though, just guessing.

Yes. You would dip the balloon though, not pour inside it. I'm not sure how much heat the balloon can take and obviously the sugar is very hot. Gelatin works too. You would have to do a few dips to make it thick because when you cut the hole the gelatin needs to hold the structure
