Hi...is a video wall configuration also possible with the QH43C Smart Signage Displays. Or are this displays just useable with a sbb box? And which sbb box will be the right one in this case? We want just make 2 displays together. Thx
Do you have to have a license specifically for VWL, or will the unified player premium MagicInfo v9 license for each device allow this type of configuration?
Hi Marcos, you can only have all displays connected by connecting them individually. This video is without an SBB. In this video you need a MagicINFO license per display.

do the screens have to be daisy chained to use this feature? I have 4 screens and they are online but when I try settings new it says "it can be available when all devices are connected" how do I get past this?

@@Ngleo-o5z Hi, not all SBBs can be connected to all types of displays. Please check the Samsung Display Solution website to see which SBB supports what type of displays. Or ask your hardware vendor. You can also use a Windows computer as an external player and install MagicINFO I-player on that PC, then you can connect it to all types of displays.
Hello. What determines the ID of the screen? How to make that different groups of videowall have the same ID pattern and you can upload the same VWL file to different videowall groups by only one schedule?
Hi Karolis, the screen ID will be randomly be assigned to a device as you can see in the video. It's up to you to put them in chronological order in MagicINFO. The content for videowalls can be send to multiple groups, as long as the videowalls are identical.
If I have a stretched shape wall, say 3 of 1920 x 1080 displays side by side (3x1) horizontal, can I produce very wide video clips at 5760 pixels wide x 1080 and upload it to the wall with MagicInfo to play fullscreen across the 3 displays?
Hi, yes we advise creating this video in an external program, such as Premiere Pro. Here you can create a video at 5760x1080 pixels, upload it to MagicINFO WebAuthor and spread it across your three devices in stretched format. Does this answer your question?
Hi Serdar, you can setup your videowall according to this video with the SBB box: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cdsqBBJPIYE.html If you do not have a Premium license, you can connect it via Lite mode, but therefore you first have to convert your SBB to Lite mode.

Hi Gabriel, yes this is possible. If you take a look at 0:30, you can see the layout type being Formal or Informal, by selecting this you can determine whether you want the layout to take into account the bezel or not.

@@yumiwah5618 The SBB will spread the content across the devices that are connected to it. It is hard to tell the differences when the content it live, but it is likely that the content will remain at 108p.

@@yumiwah5618 Hi Yumi, yes it does support that. However if you upload 4:3 content in landscape mode, you will get black boxes next to the content. But in Videowall mode you can play around with custom sizes.
