There's a mistake at 3:19. Resulting solution should be 250 ml and not 25 ml. Also, can you explain the reason for adding HCl when you want to precipitate later on with ammonium hydroxyde? Thank you.
Could you please explain step3? What is the final volume of the solution? I think you mean 250 ml, is it? What is the final concentration? What is the NH3 % in the Ammonium solution?
Hello Abdullah, you are right, that is a typo. The final solution is a 0.7M in 250mL of DI water. I am not sure on the concentration of the Ammonium solution but the volumes were adjusted to obtain the above mention final solution.
Hello dear researcher I want to make nanoparticle which is able to seperate peptide(bioseperation). Can I use your method as a base of magnetic nanoparticles and cover them by sodium silicate and APTES or not? I should make IONPs and after that cover the by mentioned materials. Howevwe, when I added nanoparticles to sodium silicate solution, something like a gel formed? What is the problem? Can you help me? Is there any replacement?
