I love Magnolia. I lived there once. I couldn’t stand Houston. Magnolia changed so much from this video I am watching. There was only one grocery store when I lived there.
FYI The Renaissance shooting club is right off of 1774😁 Family/Veteran owned with plenty of instructors teaching several courses. All having to do with gun proficiency, and medical aid classes like stop the bleed, and basic pistol and rifle classes. Also classes just for women as well.
I live in new magnolia. Surprises me to see a video talking about the differences between old and new. When i first moved here i didn’t understand and it is clear old doesn’t like new lol. Regardless i love this town.
Right on.. I used to live in Houston TX for many years, then moved to Spring TX to kind of move away from the city life, really liked it there… but then I decided to move to Magnolia to be closer to my job and ended up at new Magnolia TX and loved it there because there are just so many things around the area, but still have that city life type of vibe… shortly after I decided to move to old Magnolia TX and it’s true on what you say, it has that country life, peace, tranquility, southern hospitality, love the woods out here, best decision I’ve ever made as far as moving to the country side… it’s a small town and not much going on but that’s what makes it so special!
No question just wanted to say you did an excellent job now you should do a continuous for old magnolia many new subdivision and apartments new shopping centers
Thanks! We actually will post our new magnolia vlog next week that we already filmed that does just that. We start in new magnolia and work our way down 1488 to old mag showing the different neighborhoods
Too bad the developers are clearing wooded areas and building. Why can't they incorporate the forest. Sadly I see more land cleared of lush trees that used to have cattle, horses and deer. So many for sale signs of forested land everywhere. New Magnolia is getting lots of traffic. Old Magnolia has some huge lots with very lovely large homes. Lots of street widening and strip malls starting to go in. Some fun country stores and restaurants to check out. Please don't lose the country vibe. I live in Pinehurst just next to Old Magnolia. I just love all this area up here as an escapee from Los Angeles.
Magnolia has always been my favorite Houston suburbs. So pretty in this area! Indigo Lakes is one of my favorite neighborhoods in this area. I reside in Katy, but Magnolia schools I would not hesitate moving my kids to if I were to move.
It seems like Magnolia is segregated between the locals and transplants lol. Seems like a great, small town to live in though. Most definitely will consider buying a home there.
Everyone is friendly, just wanted to show the differences in housing options, living out in the country is a different lifestyle than the master planned neighborhoods, and magnolia offers both
Stop developing, infrastructure is not there and the traffic is getting worse since I left my comment 7 months ago. It will turn into a concrete jungle soon with the addition of a storage facilities replacing beautiful forested areas. It's losing the rural feel little by little. STOP THE DEVELOPMENT - TOO MUCH TRAFFIC NOW
love to see when the video about Spring-Klein is coming. Use to live there awesome town. Klein Collins best high school!! Love the videos though keep up the good work!!
On point! I held my own pros and cons with a client before seeing this and was able to get them to choose Magnolia based on a lot of the things you highlighted. 👍🏼
