I have been hoping that since the P320 pattern pistol is now the US military service pistol, mag prices would start coming down. I hope Magpul's offering is just the first offering of quality aftermarket offerings. Now for the P365...
It certainly is more affordable and they performed great. I am surprised Mecgar (that makes a number of OEM mags) have not come out with one yet. Thanks for supporting our channel!
@earOutdoors I was thinking the same, but...Mecgar also makes mags for Sig. I would have expected the Department of Defense to have selected a second source for mags by now.
I took the flared magwell off my Xcarry legion so I was not able to test if it will work or not. So I mentioned that it might not. Can't say for sure until I test it but you do have a point. The base plate is smaller than the standard P320 mag.
@@NavySeniorChiefRetired @GrainJB Comparing the baseplates on the magpul and the Legion mags, it looks like the Magpul is only a smidge wider. I do not have my magwell available for testing right now but by the looks of the base plates it will very likely work with the magwell installed.

Contrary to popular belief and statements made by magpul on their packaging and on their magazine. This is a 16 round magazine not a 17 round magazine. Ask me how I know. I have nine of them. Not single one will hold a full 17 rounds fully seated. The 17th round is nearly impossible to get into the feed lips and will not go all the way to the back of the magazine itself. It is truly a great disappointment to me because I had such high hopes for this magazine. After conversations with the representatives at magpul, they have no plans to change and or fix this identified problem!!!
