On the east coast when catching Mahi, once one is hooked you bring it close to the boat. You then throw another line next to it and alternate pulling them out. They congregate to one once it is hooked knowing food is rite there.

Looks like you’re becoming quite the baker! I don’t have patience and baking is way too structured for my liking but I luckily married a great baker. That said, I’m definitely going to try to make those bao buns. They looked so darn good! Thanks for sharing!

Medium drop is the place you set your cool coffee cup on the shelf. Good luck with the dough. I like the creative recipes. Stirring dry yeast in luke warm water to get it started and a little bit of flour on the counter. Not too much.

That was a unique way of preparing Mahi Mahi! We have been fortunate enough to have them come into Socal waters recently. That Tilefish is of the same family of fish that are found on the Pacific Coast we call Ocean whitefish. You are developing some skills with the dough. 😅

I would have to refer the medium drop as the "Average drop". Not all of us have the equipment to deep drop, just bay boats or flats, so we have to stay in our lane. But an average drop is fine for most, LMAO. Couldn't pass that up.

Absolute amazing episode. I learned so much watching your cooking. I’m not much of a baker because that all has to do with chemistry and you gotta follow the recipe exact. I like to cook where I can experiment.

In a pool you have the shallow end and the deep end connected by the slope. In the kitchen you have the shallow bowl and the deep bowl the middle is just the bowl. Transcendentally we could call it “The Tao”. Its neither shallow nor deep just a state of being “ocean” Whimsically we can call it “Goldilocks” it’s not too shallow and not too deep…it’s just right.

Great video and I have an idea for you on what I believe would be a great video. Do what you will, I don't want to seem controling but I saw Gordon Ramseys Uncharted in the Keys and he went to this exotic fruit farm in the lower keys which is near you and just seemed like maybe you could implement that in sometime. It looked really cool, I think imma add that to the list of places to go to. No worries I'm not going to be mentioning all kinds of ideas for your show, I just saw that and wondered if you even knew about it. Its called Garden of Eden fruit tree farm.
