Good Work however suggest for correct mileage test while filling fuel tank at fuel pump you should 1st step fill the tank to full then shake the car for two minutes then you will find the air coming out of fuel tank creating more space. 2nd step again fill the tank upto edge and shake the car...do this until the air is out and no more space is available..then go for the test on road come back to the same fuel pump and fill it again and shake the car again the same way it was done earlier..then note the reading before and after... this is the correct way of fue mileage test

Removing 4WD has reduced kerb weight for sure. But if there are 4 passengers with average weight of 70kgs, mileage has to drop. It would be good to a highway mileage test with 4 passengers. May be 15.3kmpl will drop to 13.3kmpl. But it would still be a good one.
