This car worth every penny because its body and rugged engine. Nexon is 3 cylinder but suv 300 is 4 cylinder. Best car in this segment. It man's car, not for boys who like entertainment system.

We should not buy a car just by it's fancy features. I understand that there are few shortcomings in this model. Reality is any car model does have shortcomings. A way a real car is worth by it's engine and not by the so called infotainment system or rear ac vents. Many of the features we can retrofit. But you can never think of changing the engine/transmission. In this section you have to trust on the reliability and history of the company. Another important point is safety. Definitely Nexon is a great competitor. No doubt in that. Nexon BS6 is phenomenal, great value for money, make in India with top notch safety features. But still you look at these 2 vehicles with the mindset of owning an SUV then XUV is the closest match. As we all know none of these vehicles (Nexon/XUV300) are SUV but crossovers. But XUV300 has evolved from Tivoli Ssangyong which is a real SUV. The aerodynamics, tyre separation, Wheelbase, all 4 disc brakes, boxy pattern the broadness and last but not the least GNCAP 5 start rating are close to the real characteristics of SUV which XUV300 has. You can always buy Nexon. That's completely your choice and I appreciate that. All I want to say is XUV300 gives you more flavor close to a true SUV.

Sir I am highly confused between 2020 Mahindra XUV 300 Diesel W6 AMT, 2020 Tata Nexon Diesel XM AMT , Second hand Maruti Suzuki vitara brezza Diesel VDI AMT and New 2020 Maruti Suzuki vitara brezza petrol VXI automatic. Which car is best for good driving experience and value for money package and good mileage. Sir g please help me .

Sooner or later Mahindra will introduce this 1.5 aluminium diesel engine on the new Thar. 1, because it would save some 20% in taxes & 2, because it produces an identical 300nm of torque as the 2.2 liter engine in the Thar. How do u think a Thar powered by this 1.5 litre engine will perform? The Thar powered by this 1.5 mill should weigh about 1350kgs. Moreorless the same as the xuv300. Drive, RWD insted of 4WD. Thanks.

Don't compare the Tin can Brezza to this Ncap 5 star rated vehicle. Ur life is worth more than 2 lakhs.
