We have exsting 40 users in exchange online plan-1 & 20 users in exchange online Kiosk . we want to change these subscription to microsoft o365 bussiness basic for cost effective . Can it be possible to change to MS O365 bussines basic from our existing plans?
A bit confusing in the part of explaining the ACCEPTED DOMAIN, specially for those that are on a hybrid setup. It didnt properly discuss how would the mails be delivered for mailboxes on-prem? Do i need to add an accepted domain and set it as internal relay? It seems the speaker is trying to get out of explaining mail flow on a hybrid setup? which most organization are into right now.
Hi Answer to your question is between 33:12 - 33:45 , the word he is using "Own Server" means OnPrim. And this scenario is applicable if OnPrim users (who are not migrated to the cloud) are unable to receive emails from external senders but the same emails are delivered to the cloud users.

your settings should be Internal Relay.. Also, make sure you synced all your mailbox users to the cloud. Their target address should be seen on the Contacts..

Dude, create a script first. Foghorns really breaks the flow for the listener and looses interest all the time. Content is good but if it trim down to the part one can understand, it's nearly less that 15 minute video
